Our founding attorney, Luis E. Insignares, has been practicing law for more than 20 years and is certified as a matrimonial and family law specialist by The Florida Bar. This certification is granted to a small percentage of Florida family law attorneys who have completed a rigorous certification process that includes significant trial experience in marital and family law cases, extensive continuing legal education, and favorable peer and judicial review.



Luis holds an MBA from the University of Miami and is a certified family mediator. He also serves on the executive council of The Florida Bar Family Law Section. Our firm’s practice is informed by Luis’ extensive involvement in emerging legal and legislative issues regarding matrimonial and family law in Florida. His knowledge and experience enable us to formulate successful legal strategies and to assist our clients with the complex issues that often accompany divorce and family law disputes.
